Reel Tape daily packages parts as small as 0.022 X 0.012 X 0.005. The parts can be taken from wafers or waffle pack and placed in tape and reel. Reel Tape provides a full line of packaging services at its facility, featuring tape and reel with peel force testing, dry pack, vacuum pack and bar code and custom design packaging. Reel Tape serves clients in the electronics, aerospace, medical, military and commercial industries, packaging electronics, mechanical, stamped and spring parts. Reel Tape has 15,000 different tapes in stock and also houses a bonded warehouse area. The company uses express carriers and its own drivers for pick-up and delivery. Typical turnaround time is three to five days. However, same day service is also available.
